Coniston Cottage is an early 19th century miners cottage, carved out of the slate and granite that overlooks Coniston Water. High on the hillside the cottage offers unrivaled views of the famous lake and over to Grisedale Forest beyond.

The cottage has been fully restored over the last four years to be modern and comfortable while maintaining its unique charm and cottage feel - a real Lakes bolt-hole.

Fully refurbished in the last year or two, the cottage is a warm and welcoming environment with the latest technology such as WiFi, Chrome Cast and Hive heating.

The cottage has a modern fitted bathroom with powerful hot shower and bath.
